originally was started 1999 in Buffalo, New York by MBA graduate Kevin R.
Connolly who brings over 25 years of management experience. ConnollyAssociationConsulting is a
strategic
management consulting firm which concentrates its efforts for
application in any organization,
combining Management Consulting, Systems Management, Change Management and Value
Advisory services to provide measurable results for its clients.

remember when I thought, "wouldn't it be great to provide solutions to customers
so they could add value to their customers and their respective businesses."
I had discussed my idea with several of my colleagues and peers. I launched this business and have applied vertical
marketing techniques to make this company meet the demands of the 21st Century
in business solutions.
Biography
From 1990 to 1994, Mr. Connolly was Vice President of Operations, of Superior Lubricants Co. Inc. a multi-million manufacturing, diversified distributor of oil, lubricants, and Motorcraft (Ford) parts. Mr. Connolly was also responsible for the start-up international manufacturing company "Snow Bear" with North American distribution including customers of Sam's Club (Wal-Mart) and BJ's (Berkley & Jensen). Mr. Connolly also held an executive position with Ahold, USA (Tops Markets Inc.) a $22 billion organization from 1995 -1997. As a Director, Mr. Connolly was instrumental in the selection and implementation of WMS and TMS hardware and software. He was responsible for developing engineered performance standards replacing an hourly rate with a pay-for-performance and successfully negotiating a new contract with full implementation. In addition, he was a project leader building the most technologically advanced distribution center in the world, a capital project of $60 million. In 1997, Mr. Connolly was the Director of Operations for Multi-million dollar logistics and 3rd party distribution company in New Jersey. In 1999, Mr. Connolly started ConnollyAssociationConsulting. As the President/Owner, he has consulted for many organizations including corporations in Pakistan. His accomplishments have included expertise in streamlining short-term improvements of key processes that produce higher product profitability. Engaged in problem solving methodology, and project management requiring expertise in continuous improvement, finance, organizational development, systems implementation and management, as well as strategic management and value-added development. Mr. Connolly also held an executive position with the State University New York, a $4.3 billion not-for-profit organization, as the Director of Business Affairs and Human Resources 2003 - 2006 and as a consulting CFO for AAA Environmental Inc. Syracuse, New York. In addition, Mr. Connolly has also served on the Board of Directors for several organizations, has BS in TTT Business Management from Niagara University and an MBA in Strategic Management from Medaille College.
